EB Stafford

EB Stafford, Director of Strategic Partnerships, brings more than 13 years of social impact experience to the foundation, having worked for nonprofits and mission-driven companies at the intersection of partnerships, fundraising, and entertainment. She focuses on expanding program offerings and creating opportunities for others to join Elevate’s movement, building on existing partnerships and seeking out relationships that align with the Foundation’s vision and mission. 

Prior to Elevate she worked at the American Cancer Society, focusing on the organization’s campaign to address health inequities within cancer prevention and care. Before joining the American Cancer Society she served as a Strategic Partnerships Officer at Team Rubicon, cultivating brand partnerships with organizations like Under Armour, Guardian Life Insurance, Uber, and U.S. Venture. She also previously held roles that brought together her two passions – social impact and pop culture/entertainment – at both Omaze and Participant Media.

EB is passionate about accessibility for D/deaf and hard of hearing people, as well as people with Disabilities. She is also passionate about affordable, permanent housing for men and women coming out of chronic homelessness through her support of Community First! Village in her hometown of Austin, TX. 

EB holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production from Pepperdine University. She has lived in Los Angeles, Paris, and Lausanne, Switzerland, and currently resides in Austin with her husband and son.
