Introducing Brilliant Cities: Celebrating a New Era of Empowering Families Through Community
Brilliant Detroit, a 2023 Elevate Prize winner, is growing! Launching Brilliant Cities, they are bringing their model to Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Chicago by 2027. Brilliant Cities focuses on creating “kid success neighborhoods,” providing crucial support for families with children ages 0-8. Their impact has already reached over 22,000 children and caregivers in Detroit, where they’ve substantially improved children’s literacy and family wellbeing. We’re proud to support Brilliant Cities!

Get to know our latest Elevate Prize Catalyst Award winner, Dwyane Wade, a passionate advocate for trans rights. With our award, his organization, the Wade Family Foundation, has launched a new digital platform called Translatable (announced live on stage at our Make Good Famous Summit!). Translatable will serve as a safe space where young members of the trans community can express themselves, and as an educational resource for their friends and family.
