Wendy Woods

Vice Chairman, Social Impact, Boston Consulting Group

Wendy‘s responsibilities as Vice President of Social impact at BCG spans global development, global health, education, climate and environment, humanitarian response, total societal impact and sustainability, and sustainable finance and investing.

Wendy helps clients rethink business’ role in society and in helping to to drive positive change. She is passionate about improving cooperation across the private, public, and social sectors to help solve the world’s most intractable problems, as highlighted in her TED talks, “The business benefits of doing good” and “Collective cooperation in the social sector.”

Wendy is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Centre for Public Impact, a BCG foundation dedicated to improving the positive impact of governments. She earned a BA in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
