Stephanie Dodson Cornell is in the startup phase of raising a philanthropic fund to provide financial and operating support to U.S. based organizations led by women of color leaders. She is also a Venture Partner at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation where she supports portfolio organizations with widely-varied missions and geographic focuses as an advisor and a board member. She was previously a Managing Director at DRK and a part of the Operating Committee and leadership team for over six years.
Prior to joining DRK, Stephanie co-founded three social ventures: Strategic Grant Partners, Project Healthy Children (now Sanku), and the Maranyundo Initiative.
Stephanie holds a BA in English and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College and an MBA from Stanford University and she was a fellow with Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative.
