When chef and the co-founder of Mission Chinese Food, Anthony Myint became a parent, he started to focus more and more on climate solutions – and what he could do to help. He started Zero FoodPrint to be a scalable framework for funding regenerative agriculture. The organization facilitates crowd-sourced grants to farmers and ranchers who want to switch to renewable practices – shifting agriculture from a climate problem to a climate solution.
