René Jones is a Partner and Chief Social Impact & Foundation Officer at United Talent Agency (UTA), where she established the UTA Foundation for the agency and guides UTA’s high-profile clients on their social impact strategies, as well as oversees corporate social responsibility across offices. In 2020, she was appointed by the Governor to the California Volunteers Commission, which is tasked with uniting Californians in service and empowering them to take action in their communities and leads the Climate Action Corps committee. She sits on the board of directors for International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF), protecting and recognizing the critical role of women journalists; U.S.VETS, the nation’s largest veteran housing and services; Impact Guild, which activates media and popular culture for social good; and OneGreenThing tackling climate crisis through daily action and culture change. Jones is a senior fellow for the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab at the University of Southern California and resides in Los Angeles. 

Raul Moas serves as a senior director at Knight Foundation where he leads the foundation’s initiatives in building a more dynamic and robust community of entrepreneurs and tech startups in Miami, Florida. In this role, Raul has prioritized investments that build up Miami’s talent pipelines as community demand for careers in tech reaches new heights. Raul is also a scout for Lightspeed Venture Partners, a global venture capital firm, where he invests in early-stage enterprise and consumer technology companies.


Prior to joining Knight, Raul served as the managing director of Miami Angels, Florida’s largest angel investor collective, which brings together exceptional entrepreneurs and accredited investors to fuel success. Raul previously served as the executive director of Roots of Hope, an international non-governmental organization focused on youth empowerment in Cuba. At Roots of Hope, Raul led the creation of programs like StartUp Cuba, which supports emerging entrepreneurs on the island, and social ventures like Discover Cuba, a B-Corp subsidiary which has facilitates socially conscious trips and family reunifications. 

Raul is passionate about Greater Miami and deeply involved in making his community a better place. He serves on the boards of The Miami Foundation, Beacon Council, Endeavor Miami, and Hispanics in Philanthropy. Raul is a CPA in the State of Florida.

Mona Sinha is the Global Executive Director of Equality Now, an organization that uses the power of the law to dismantle systemic injustice to create enduring equality for women and girls everywhere. She is a globally recognized advocate for gender equity with over 25 years of experience in strengthening over 90 mission-driven organizations. She has been widely influential as an early adopter and champion of impact investing which utilizes a gender-inclusive lens to build dedicated funding resources and meaningful partnerships to uplift women, girls, and marginalized communities. Aligning her passion for social justice with her early experience working in the corporate sector, she has catalyzed well over $1 billion to fund progressive projects and grassroots movements to elevate women through economic agency and leadership opportunities.

 Mona serves on several non-profit boards with a focus on governance, strategy, and sustainability. She is the Board Chair of Women Moving Millions and formerly chaired the Equal Rights Amendment Coalition’s Fund for Women’s Equality. She also currently serves on the Executive Council of the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum, which will be built on the Washington Mall.
