Namya Mahajan co-founded Rocket Learning after working as managing director of SEWA Cooperative Federation, where she led a network of over 100 women’s cooperatives in Gujarat, India, and prior to that as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. She holds a BA in applied mathematics and an MBA from Harvard, and has worked with governments in Peru, South Africa, Kenya, and China to advocate for early childhood education policy reform.
