Kaushik has spent over 17 years improving livelihoods in rural India. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Kheyti, whose “Greenhouse-in-a-Box”, a low-cost greenhouse bundled with services raises smallholder farmers’ incomes and protects them from climate risk. It has reached around 8,000 farmers, and four state governments now fund the model. Kaushik has won the Earthshot Prize, the Elevate Prize and the Lipman Family Prize, and was named to TIME’s inaugural Trailblazers list. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
