Felix Brooks-Church, originally trained as a graphic designer, first witnessed the effects of severe malnutrition while volunteering with street children in Cambodia in 2007, an experience that redirected his career toward global nutrition. He co-founded Sanku in Tanzania, designing the organization’s award-winning Dosifier technology, which now helps more than 1,700 small-scale flour millers fortify food for over 70 million people daily across East Africa. He holds a degree in Geology from Oberlin College and is both a Mulago Fellow and Rolex Laureate.
