Tracy Ellis
Senior Manager of Operations & Happy People

Tracy brings decades of experience in a variety of non-profit, start-up, and growth organizations to her mulit-faceted role at the Foundation. She has been with Elevate for almost 3 years. Prior to joining Elevate, she served in public affairs and community engagement roles with the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center and the Pankey Institute since moving to Florida in 2014. Earlier in her career she held diverse roles at organizations including the American Bar Association, PBS Kids, U.S. Virgin Department of Tourism, Lifetime and E! Entertainment Television.

Tracy holds a BA in Sociology from Harvard University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She is active in local chapters of the respective alumni clubs.
She loves deploying resources to Elevate’s Winners to fuel their growing impact. She also manages internal processes for Elevate’s global team to facilitate a smooth-running operation and build a cadre of happy people.

Tracy spends as much of her leisure time as possible submerged in water: water fitness, swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Back on land, she lives in Key Biscayne, Florida, with her tiny but mighty dog Dexter.
