Simone Modolo, Executive Assistant to Carolina Jayaram at The Elevate Prize Foundation, brings a wealth of experience in administration, event planning, and cross-departmental collaboration. Before joining The Elevate Prize Foundation, she supported C-level executives and multiple teams across corporate, government, and hospitality sectors, helping streamline operations, strengthen communication, and create inclusive, engaging environments for staff and community members alike.
Simone holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and conversant in Spanish, she is passionate about continuous learning and values opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Simone believes that embracing different cultures and perspectives not only enriches her professional work but also inspires creativity, empathy, and growth.
Motivated by Elevate’s mission to empower changemakers and amplify good in the world, Simone brings organization, care, and collaboration to every project she supports. Her strong sense of purpose, combined with her ability to anticipate needs and foster connection, ensures that initiatives run efficiently and with heart.

Originally from Brazil and now based in South Florida, Simone enjoys bringing a multicultural perspective to her work and learning from others’ experiences. Outside the office, she finds joy in traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and pets, Mel and Jolie. Her granddaughter remains her greatest source of inspiration and happiness. A fun fact: Simone once soared the skies as a paraglider pilot!
