Tiana Day
Youth Advocates For Change

Tiana Day is a 20-year old student, activist, social entrepreneur and founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Youth Advocates for Change. Her nonprofit works to bridge the gap between art and activism in youth through intersectional social justice issues. Tiana has a heavy passion for equitable and accessible education. She is the community manager for the nonprofit, Thinking Nation, which works to shift the paradigm of unbiased history education across the U.S. through innovative data driven curriculum for grades 6-12th.

Tiana has consulted for a number of Fortune 500 companies and is the CEO of the first Gen-Z led cultural impact firm called “One Day Agency" focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, sustainability and social impact. She is currently attending the University of Southern California where she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in arts, technology and the business of innovation at the Iovine Young Academy with a minor in education and society.
