Martin graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2004 and currently serves as principal for real estate investing company B&D Holdings.

Martin manages the endowment and oversees the foundation’s growing interest in impact investments. In addition, Martin is also on the board of Tugende, a social enterprise in Uganda that finances productive assets unlocking growth in East Africa and empowering people previously considered to be too risky for credit.

When Martin is not working or spending time with his lovely wife Kristen and their two daughters, he enjoys fishing, skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
