CLOONEY FOUNDATION
FOR JUSTICE
Founded in 2016, the Clooney Foundation for Justice has three main programs:
- TrialWatch, which fights for the legal rights of people unfairly targeted by oppressive governments, and advocates for the unfairly detained.
- The Sentry, which works primarily in the conflict zone spanning South Sudan, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Central African Republic, following the “dirty money” of human rights abusers to ensure they face consequences.
- The Docket, which aims to trigger criminal proceedings against those who profit from war crimes and human rights abuse.
The foundation also partners with other organizations to protect the rights of the marginalized and vulnerable, including refugees and immigrant children.
How you Can Help

- Become a trial monitor and advance justice in your community.
- Join a TrialWatch experts panel to help produce Fairness reports analyzing trials against human sights standards.
